At Hijab Aura, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with exchanges under certain conditions. Please read our policy carefully before making a request.

1. Exchange Policy

Domestic Orders:

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that you have proof of purchase.
A valid order confirmation email or invoice is required for all exchanges.

Eligibility for Exchange:

Unused and in their original condition
With all tags attached and original packaging intact
Accompanied by the original invoice
A valid reason must be provided for the exchange (e.g., wrong size, incorrect or defective item).

Exchange Process: If you wish to exchange an item:

Contact our customer support at info@hijabaura.store within 7 days of receiving your order.
If the exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
For defective or incorrect items, we will arrange a pickup from your doorstep.
For size or preference exchanges, customers may be required to return the item to our head office.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

Items purchased on sale or at a discount
Items without original packaging or invoice
Used, washed, or damaged items (unless received in defective condition)

2. Return Policy

Hijab Aura does not offer cash refunds or returns. Instead, we provide store credit in the form of a coupon of equal value, which can be used for future purchases on our online store.

3. Refund Policy

No cash refunds will be issued.
Customers will receive a coupon code for the amount paid, which can be used for another purchase.
The coupon will be valid for online store use only.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before they are processed by contacting our support team. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Instead, our exchange policy will apply.
Hijab Aura reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
Out-of-stock items
Pricing errors
Payment issues or credit card declines
